Refund for payments made will only be actioned upon the express approval of Location Maps Ltd management.
Location Maps Ltd will agree to refund the payment you make for map files only if you have a valid reason. You will have defined the map file you require before payment and will have seen that map on your screen and approved it. If the map does not fit your needs please contact us at info@locationmaps.com and we will replace the file with a map that better fits your needs.
Maps supplied and then refunded may not be published in any form whatsoever and client so doing will be in breach of the Crown Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.
